SHIPPING LOCATIONS
- We are only shipping our products to your home within Washington State.
- To see shipping options, just add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart. Once items have been added, go to your cart and enter your zip code in the Shipping Rates Calculator to see the shipping rates available in your location.
- Shipping time for furniture orders sometimes depends on your location. When you place your order, our Customer Care team will contact you to finalize delivery arrangements.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We quote estimated times of arrival as accurately as possible. However, some orders may be delayed beyond our quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to discount due to production or shipping delays.
DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME
- Before delivery of your product, there are a set of simple steps that can be taken to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, including measuring your space in advance, and clearing a path for delivery.
RESCHEDULED DELIVERIES
- Reschedules made after your delivery time-frame has been scheduled will incur a rescheduling fee, starting at $49. Please Note: If you are not at home at the time of your agreed-upon delivery time-frame, you will incur the expense of the original delivery fee, and be charged for a second delivery.
