Assembly took a bit of muscle to align the leg bolts, but these cream fabric chairs pulled our newly painted dining room together perfectly and are surprisingly comfortable.

I bought these after my budget chairs fell apart, and they're actually pretty solid.

Honestly, I bought this set to replace a couple of dining chairs we had for over ten years that finally bit the dust, but these are a total letdown. The fabric on these Elmwood cream chairs feels incredibly thin and rough to the touch, and the cushions have almost zero support so you feel the wooden frame immediately when you sit down. Assembly was a massive pain because none of the pre-drilled holes lined up, and after only a few days of normal dinner use, the legs on one of them are already starting to wobble. I expected something halfway decent for this price, but these feel so cheap and flimsy that I'm already looking for replacements.

We set these chairs up next to the natural wood crib and a soft woven rug, and the cream fabric instantly warmed up the entire space. The shade is a lovely, warm off-white that feels incredibly inviting, and the tapered legs coordinate beautifully with the rest of our wood furniture. As we prepare for our first baby, finding items that feel both solid and safe was our main goal, and these feel remarkably stable and well-grounded when we sit in them.

I finally got rid of my cheap, squeaky metal chairs and bought this set.
