Looks vintage, feels like concrete

It matched the retro look I was curating, but the fabric is horribly scratchy and sitting on it feels like landing on a padded cinderblock.

Hands down the coziest couch I've owned

After three weeks of daily lounging, the boucle feels super soft rather than scratchy, and sinking into the deep, plush cushions makes it almost impossible to get back up.

Solid couch for a tight deadline

Bought this on a tight turnaround for a weekend staging project and it arrived just in time.

Worth Spending a Bit More After a Budget Sofa Fiasco

After finally giving up on a cheap flat-pack couch that started sagging within two months, I decided to upgrade to the Kely 100" cream boucle sofa, and the difference in build quality was noticeable immediately. The cushion setup with the pocket springs gives real support so you don't sink straight down to the base frame, and the boucle fabric feels durable while adding good texture to the living room. Unpacking took less than ten minutes, which was a relief after my last nightmare assembly experience. My only real critique is that it only includes one matching toss pillow, which looks pretty lonely on a sofa this wide, so I had to buy a couple of extra throw cushions to fill it out. Overall, it's a solid four-star piece that feels sturdy and looks far more expensive than what I replaced.

Finally upgraded

I threw out my cheap, wobbly couch for this and it actually feels like real furniture.
