Great color against our new walls, just a little stiff at first

We finally finished painting the living room a warm off-white last month and needed a couple of new pieces to warm up the space. I grabbed this Sena ottoman because the tan leather looked like it would pop nicely against the fresh paint, and honestly the color in person is spot on. It has that nice, natural leather smell right out of the box and feels super sturdy when you prop your feet up after a long day.

Total waste of $740 and ruined my weekend project

I paid extra for expedited delivery because I desperately needed this ottoman as the centerpiece for a weekend living room staging project, and it ended up being an absolute disaster. The second I pulled it out of the box on Friday night, I found that the solid wood frame underneath was cracked right through, leaving the top cushion sunken in and completely unusable for my clients. On top of that huge mess, I was also really annoyed to find that the little plastic floor glides on the bottom were hammered in crooked and covered in sticky residue that immediately scuffed up the hardwood. Dropping over seven hundred bucks on what was supposed to be a premium leather piece only to have it arrive broken and leave me scrambling with zero alternatives for the weekend is beyond frustrating.

Great gift

Honestly, I bought this as a gift for my sister and she absolutely loves how soft the leather is and how solid it feels.

Saved my weekend project

Needed this in a pinch for a weekend room makeover, and it showed up super fast with gorgeous, high-quality leather that tied everything together.

Great fit for a smaller apartment

When we downsized from our house to a smaller apartment a couple months ago, finding a coffee table alternative that didn't hog all our floor space was a real hassle, but this Sena tan leather ottoman turned out to be the ideal choice. The genuine leather color has a warm, natural look that goes nicely with our couch, and it's sturdy enough to hold a tray with coffee mugs while double-duty acting as a footrest when we're watching TV. My only tiny gripe is that it slid around on our polished hardwood floor whenever someone put their feet up, so I had to pop four cheap felt pads under the feet to keep it anchored. Other than that quick fix, it's been fantastic for saving space while keeping the room comfortable.
