Huge letdown for my weekend project

I needed this chair urgently for a weekend room makeover, but the misaligned bolt holes made it impossible to assemble in time, and the green velvet fabric feels surprisingly rough to the touch.

Total lifesaver for a rushed weekend makeover

Honestly... I was down to the wire trying to finish our nursery setup before family arrived this past weekend, and I needed a comfortable rocker fast. It arrived right on time on Friday afternoon, packed securely, and took me maybe twenty minutes to bolt the base together. The deep green velvet looks great in person, and the cushion is plush and supportive without feeling stiff.

Genuinely easy to put together

I usually dread assembling furniture by myself, so the promise of a quick setup was the main reason I ordered this rocking chair. It completely lived up to that claim—it took me only about fifteen minutes to attach the base and runners. The green velvet is soft without feeling cheap, the seat cushion gives good firm support, and the rocking motion is smooth and quiet.

Fits my retro study well

The rich moss green anchors my 70s reading nook without clashing against the dark wood trim.

Worth the upgrade

Honestly, tossing out my cheap wobbly chair for this sturdy velvet rocker was the best decision because the comfort and build quality are night and day.

Worth Every Extra Penny

After wasting money on a cheap rocker that felt like sitting on a wooden board covered in thin fabric, I bought this out of sheer frustration. The difference the moment you sit down is night and day. The seat cushion has actual give to it without bottoming out against the frame, and the back support instantly takes the pressure off my lower back.

Surprisingly Pet-Friendly

Honestly, I was pretty nervous about getting a velvet rocking chair with a cat and a dog running around, but this fabric is incredibly tough. My cat has tried to stretch on it a few times, and her claws just slide off without leaving any snags, plus the pet hair is surprisingly easy to brush off.

Stiff as a Board

I rushed to get this delivered in time for my weekend project, but sitting on this rock-hard, scratchy cushion feels like resting on a slab of concrete.
